These
are the general regulations and instructions which can be
changed only by agreement with the lessor. The web site data
for all offers which the lessors (building or apartment owner)
have provided upon registration are true and credible, and
the majority of the buildings or apartments were checked on
the spot by our employees. The lessor is held responsible
for the credibility of the
data provided.
-
The
advance-payment for the accommodation is 100 Euro, which should
be transferred to the lessors bank account (the lessor will
provide the account number and other necessary data) within
14 days from the reservation confirmation, otherwise the reservation
is automatically being cancelled. The guest will pay the rest
of the agreed amount to the lessor upon arrival.
-
During
the high season period (July/August) the advance payment should
be transferred to the lessors' account at least 8 days before
the arrival date, otherwise the lessor is not responsible
for eventual accommodation overbooking.
-
If
the guest does not arrive and does not take over the accommodation
unit for whatever reason, the lessor withholds the payed advance
money for reservation expenses coverage.
-
The
prices are calculated for 5 days accommodation and more. The
price for a stay up to 3 days is 30% higher. Some lessors
allow only a minimum stay of 7 days (July/August) because
the guests' arrival and departure is always on Saturdays.
-
If
the guests change on a weekly basis the arrival is Saturday
between 3 and 6 pm, and the departure Saturday till 10 am.
We recommend that the individual guests always carry the lessors'
telephone number with them, so that they can notify him of
any possible delay due to the traffic conditions, and inform
him that the key will be picked up later that day.
-
If
the guest notices eventual defects upon accommodation unit
take over he should notify the lessor within three days. The
lessor is responsible for all defects in and around the accommodation
unit, which he did not correctly describe or mention upon
communication with the guest. The guest has the right to demand
a price lowerage for the mentioned reasons. CroTours.com as
the mediator encloses itself from all eventual responsibilities
or damage compensation.
-
The
guest is obliged to act in the manner of a good landlord using
the rented accommodation unit, and to leave it in the same
condition as he himself has found it upon arrival. If things,
objects, furniture or equipment should be damaged, the guest
is obliged to pay compensation to the lessor, due to mutual
arrangement and mutual satisfaction. CroTours.com as the mediator
encloses itself from all eventual responsibilities or damage
compensation.
-
The
TV-sets in general support only Croatian national programmes,
but if a TV-SAT is available, there is a possibility to connect
to other national TV-networks in Europe via satellite connection.
-
If
the lessor confirms a parking place it does not necessarily
mean that it is situated within the yard and protected from
the sun and the rain, but it can also be situated on the street
in front of the building. The lessor is not responsible for
the vehicle, whether it is parked in the protected yard around
the building or not.
-
The
distance from the accommodation unit to the sea does not always
correspond to the beach distance, sometimes it can be further
away.
-
Shops,
restaurants, hairdressers and other services do not have the
same opening hours during high and low season, so it is recommendable
to get the information from the lessor in advance.
-
In
the low season the prices are lower, but one must count in
the heating costs, defined by the lessor.
